i FREAKED OUT!

that she said...
''hold the note for 32 counts!''
OH MY GOODNESS!
u know my tummy really hurts alot...
from all the non stop high notes...

i really have lots to continue training...

i really have so much to thank GOd...=)
i miss my friends.and i just received so many calls and sms from them...
i wanna go out with them...
oh...how i miss them...=_(
